The Point Transportation’s wheels started turning in 1994, beginning with offering horse-drawn carriage tours and motor coach tours in the historic district of Beaufort, South Carolina known as … yes … The Point. After a few years, The Point began booking black car tours, which soon evolved into a full-scale limo service. Locally owned and operated, The Point’s roots run deep in the coastal low country. We love living here, working here and serving the personal, corporate and hospitality transportation needs of those in our communities.

The Point is proud of our large base of repeat customers. Word of mouth continues to be our best form of marketing, and we are always scheduling new customers through referrals. We’re a favorite among meeting planners who know they can count on The Point to provide the highest level of turnkey guest transportation services for their bookings at the many resorts around us. We’re also a preferred provider to several private golf communities around the Beaufort and Hilton Head area, who call upon our long-time operations manager, Tim, to expertly coordinate all their guest transportation needs.
